In accordance with (IAW) spill response operations requirements under 40 CFR Part 112 ,the S4 Environmental Department aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for one (1) shallow water response vehicle ro assist with spill response operations. The minimum salient characteristics of the shallow response vehicle shall include: - Musi have towing capabilities - Seats 2-3 persons - Ample storage - Must be compatible with a rescue sled *THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO SURVEY THE MARKET, THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. tHE MINIMUM SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; HOWEVER, THE NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT SHALL REMAIN THE SAME.
