THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.This request for information is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify companies having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Marine Corps Installation Pacific, Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (MCIPAC RCO-Hawaii) is developing its requirement for MCAS Kaneohe Bay. The requirement is for Flight Planning & Dispatch Services as described in the attached performance work statement (PWS). The attached PWS is a Draft and is subject to change prior to solicitation and award. MCAS Kaneohe Bay requires the performance of these services in-house at the contractor’s facility with information to be provided via an internet based website, telephone, fax, or SITA numbers. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services are invited to submit a response to this RFI by 1:00pm HST, 10 February 2023. All responses must be emailed to sandra.caswell@usmc.mil, Subject Line Title: RFI – Flight Dispatch and Planning Services in support of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Kaneohe Bay. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform the services described in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS), please provide the following information: Organization name, organization POC, email address, telephone number, Small Business representation if applicable, Cage Code Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability IAW the criteria as attached and within the PWS Details of recent military/DoD flight planning and dispatch experience providing the services described in the PWS. If prior experience entails services provided to the government, please include contract numbers, and points of contact for the government entity served.
