Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) to include Marine Corps Training... ***AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION*** Amendment 0001 to the subject solicitation has incorporated questions and answers, please see attached. Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) to include Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB) and Camp Smith require portable latrine and hand-wash station services. These services are required to ensure the sanitation and welfare of Marines and any member that participates in various trainings conducted throughout the forenamed locations. Failure to obtain these services would result in the fast spread of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. The contractor shall provide sufficient manpower, technical expertise, logistics support and management oversight to satisfy the requirements of this PWS. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, consumables, tools and test equipment, and transportation in order to operate and maintain the portable lavatory units in a ready for unit training condition. The contractor will be expected to provide monthly, weekly, and daily portable toilet and handwsah stations; once, twice, and three times a week servicing; and additional services.
