The Contractor shall furnish (46) 46-passenger (adult) buses with qualified bus drivers, fuel, and incidentals; and (4) 13-passenger (adult) handicapped accessible buses with qualified bus drivers, fuel, and incidentals, and a bus dispatcher. The bus transportation services shall be within MCBH and take place between 0930 through 1900 on August 13th and August 14th, 2022. The buses shall transport passengers between designated parking lots and designated drop off and pick-up points on MCBH (exact routes To Be Determined (TBD) and will be provided to the contractor at the post award briefing). The buses shall run continuously from 0930 to 1900 on both Saturday and Sunday, August 13th and 14th, 2022, a total of 9.5 hours each day. The approximate on base route is 4 miles round trip. Bus dispatchers shall be on-site, and stationed at the MCBH Motor Pool, Bldg 352 or other area(s) as designated by MCBH.
