Description of the service: This is a requirement for Air Show Coordinator (ASC) support for the 2022 Kaneohe Bay Air Show in conjunction with the United States Navy Blue Angels. Marine Corps Base Hawaii requires contractor-provided planning, preparation, execution and post-event services in support of the 2022 Kaneohe Bay Air Show due to insufficient Government personnel currently available to support the requirement. The Air Show Coordinator shall provide a depth of knowledge, experience, and serve as the principal advisor to the Commander concerning policies and procedures affecting the Air Show. As such the Air Show Coordinator will develop and coordinate programs, goals, objectives and other activities in order to ensure implementation of the decisions of the Commander. The Kaneohe Bay Air Show will take place on 12-14 August 2022. The Period of Performance for these services must start on 1 December 2021 and will be sustained through 14 September 2022. Place of Performance: The air Show Coordinator will be performing in accordance with a flexible to be determined capacity. The forms of availability shall consist of the combination of remote and present daily onsite of MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Note: Throughout the requirement teleworking shall require complying with Hawaii Time zone and local standard working hours. The next capacity is to live on or near MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii working aboard the base day to day.
