U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific requires a hotel with conference facilities to host a welcome reception, crescent set up of 150 attendees for plenary session, break facility in a separate room from plenary session, and approximately 130 sleeping rooms per night. All facilities and rooms are required on the same or adjacent property. The conference rooms require audio and visual equipment for presentations and panel discussions. Four rooms with twelve chairs are required for breakout meetings and two adjacent lockable rooms of approximately 500 sqft/ea are required for administrative functions. The location of this event shall be at Waikiki area, Honolulu, Hawaii. Additionally, contractor is responsible to ensure this event complies with all the CDC Guidelines and State of Hawaii Guidance to prevent spreading of COVID-19. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI via email to the POCs with a capability document (not more than 3-pages) that describes the service the vendor can provide to meet all aspects of the requirement. This RFI is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government to award a contract from responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by interested parties is strictly voluntary and no monetary compensation will be provided for response preparation.
