The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for Portable Air Conditioniner to support BEQ barracks in MCBH Hawaii while central air conditioning are down. The air conditioner has to be light weight, portable but very durable. For reissuing purpose, this product shall not require professional installation and shall not become a fixture of the building. Thus, shall not be window units. The contractor’s delivery schedule/delivery date shall be no more than 4 weeks from the award date. Delivery is significantly more important than price and is the most important evaluation factor. See attached solicitation for details.
