Pu'uloa Range, Marine Corps Base Hawaii has a requirement to procure 132 foldable steel barricades for the range that meet the following salient characteristics: Solid - Heavy-duty construction made from 11 gauge US Standard Steel - Hinged to lay flat so that it can be folded forward or backwards with a quick release design (no tools required and can be accomplished by one person) - Powder coated and painted either "black", "tan" or "military green" - Dimensions depicted on the diagram provided as attached and as follows: Top rung is 52” from the ground and 60” wide. Middle and bottom rungs are placed 12” below, respectively. Middle vertical post and sides will allow the shooters lateral stability. Base gap width is 74” to allow for ground based shooting positions if desired. See attached RFQ SF1449 and Salient Characteristics Document.
