Solicitation amended to include interested vendor instructions on quoting for Corrective Maintenance/Repair CLINs The Corrosion Repair Facility (CRF) at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is looking to procure preventive maintenance and repair services for Personal Property/Collateral Equipment (PP/CE) at four locations installed aboard MCBH in support of the Marine Corps Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) program. The PP/CE consists of : One (1) blast booth which is a Blast Coat Systems, Inc. modular booth containing sandblasting, media recovery,and dust collection equipment. Three (3) wash racks consisting of vehicle wash systems that include high pressure spray equipment, pumps, motors, water tanks, controls, etc. Maintenance and repair will include all labor, training, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services. These services include but are not limited to: inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing faulty components. Maintenance and repair includes: monthly preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) of each of the four PP/CE listed above placed at four different locations on MCBH, annual preventive maintenance of the abrasive blast booth, cyclic maintenance as identified in equipment maintenance manuals, and corrective maintenance/repair as required. Corrective repair will be identified by the contractor and within 48 hours of notification of a system failure, the Contractor shall troubleshoot the problem and provide recommendations for corrective action to include price estimates for parts and labor.
