The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Storm Water Sample Analysis. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price for a one-year base contract that contains four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance start is February 2021.
