Marine Corps Base Hawaii is seeking sources to provide a brand name FLIR E75 thermal tele-thermographic system to be used as an effective tool to measure skin surface temperature to identify individuals with elevated body temperature (EBT) as personnel enter buildings. The FLIR E75 thermal tele-thermographic system must have a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Section 510(k) clearance in order to market the thermal tele-thermographic system. Thermal tele-thermographic systems without a FDA Section 510(k) clearance will not be considered.
