Contractor will serve as Director of Music at one Protestant Community Praise and Worship Service per week at Marine Corps Base Hawaii Base Chapel in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Each religious service shall last approximately one hour. The Contractor will also perform 1 hour or rehearsal per week, prior to weekly worship service and will provide music and rehearsals for special services identified in the attached solicitation. Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this solicitation and included Performance Work Statement.

Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneoheo Bay has a requirement for a Praise and Worship Music Service Coordinator which is required for contemporary Protestant worship services utilizing a Praise Band aboard Marine Corps Base-Hawaii (MCB-H), Kaneohe Bay. Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement. These tasks include serving as director of a weekly Praise Band, including rehearsals and services and coordinating appropriate praise and worship music with the designated government representative, or Base Chaplain. Regular worship services will be held one time a week for approximately one hour and rehearsals will be held one time a week for one hour. Three special/additional services are: the Thanksgiving Eve service, the Christmas Eve service, and the Easter Sunrise service. The specific time and place for special/additional services shall be established in coordination with the DGR. Request for Quotes is expected to be posted at or around 24 August 2020.
