This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a required service. The responses received from interested parties will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is looking for contractors capable of providing telephone service and lease of private circuits in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractors must have the infrastructure required to begin performance at the time of contract award (i.e., no phase-in period). Responses must include the following information: 1. Company name, address, DUNS, CAGE. 2. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address. 3. Capability statement. 4. Company size: Small or Other Than Small according to the size standard of 1,500 employees under NAICS 517311, Wired Telecommunications Carriers. Responses must be received no later than 2:00 pm (Hawaii) on September 10, 2019.
