Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneohe Bay has a requirement for a Roman Catholic Priest in accordance with the attached solicitation. The complete Request for Quote, including a detailed Performance Work Statement is attached. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The contracted Roman Catholic (RC) Priest provides limited services for the Roman Catholic community supported by the Command Religious Program of Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay. The 0930 Roman Catholic Priest (Contractor) shall officiate at the regularly scheduled 0930 Sunday morning Roman Catholic Mass, perform baptisms when requested, and officiate Holy Day Masses and at other Special Occasions. He/she shall run the Catholic Religious Education (CRE) Coordinator program in the performance of her/his duties on behalf of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services USA (AMS), and shall plan, execute and supervise a limited RC program for eligible military personnel and their families as defined in this PWS. The Government Designated Representative (DGR) shall be the Command Chaplain, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. The RC Lay Leader appointed by the Commanding Officer shall coordinate the RC portion of the Religious Offering Fund (ROF) account, and its charitable and community social dispersals with recommendation by the Contractor.
