This Request for Information seeks three 4.6-octave Marimba One Model #9649 marimbas and three 3-octave Marimba One Model #9031 vibraphones. The marimbas must have E2–C7 Horizon synthetic bars, Basso Bravo resonators, gas-spring adjustable height from 34” to 39.5”, quick-release breakdown frame, 8” locking casters, A=442 Hz tuning, and a weight between 120–125 lbs, with an option for custom engraving. The vibraphones must have F3–F6 silver anodized aluminum bars, passive acoustic resonators, a precision mechanical damper with swiveling foot pedal, gas-spring height adjustment with laser-engraved tape measures, a full-length 1.5” aluminum accessory bar, 8” locking casters, A=442 Hz tuning, no motor, and a weight no more than 115 lbs, with an option for custom engraving. Both instruments are specified by manufacturer and model as Marimba One.
