This serv... This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This requirement is for MTD Research Data Licenses for the Marine Corps Band. This service provides data (names, grades taught, school addresses, email, mailing address and location for over 44,000 music educators in the country, spanning elementary, middle and high school teachers. The Marine Band uses this data to send direct email and mail regarding recruitment and educational initiatives marketing the Marine Band and its mission. The Governement intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: Cut Time LLC; 72 Valencia ST, Saint Augustine, Florida 32084-3540, United States, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by June 20, 2025, at 10:00am EST. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
