The scope of this effort is to provide key expertise and support to the Marine Corps Range program for the updating and modification of the existing WDALab code, methodologies, and graphic user interfaces. These services will provide the required expertise and support for the updating or changing of Visual Fortran (GUI) and standard Fortran (engine) models associated with the WDALab. These services will provide the required expertise and support for the update, modification and sustainment of probabilistic methodologies utilized on USMC Operational Training Ranges.
