We are in need of snow plow blades and salt hopper spreaders to fit (4) Trucks that will be used on Marine Corps Air Field Quantico. The plows, mounts, hardware and bed mounted spreaders should be compatible with the following ¾ ton or 1 ton pickup trucks: -2016 DODGE RAM 3500 4X4 -2014 FORD F250 4X4 -2019 FORD F-350 4X4 -2015 CHEVROLET 2500 4X4 -(Quantity 4) Professional grade Straight blade plows (no wing plows) with rubber cutting edge, with hydraulic in cab control capabilities that allow for angle and height adjustments while driver is operating. All sections of the plow blade must be securely mounted with some type of frame supporting the back throughout the entirety of the blade. Requires headlights with plow and defrosting capabilities. Plows will be used in airfield. Metal can never touch the airfield surfaces during plowing operations, as it poses a significant risk to aircraft. Plow blade must be between 8 and 9 feet, with a maximum cutting width of 9 feet. -(Quantity 4) 1.5 cubic yards salt hopper spreaders capable of handling a salt, 50/50 salt/sand mix with adjusting chute to allow for solid ice melt agent Cyrotech CMA to be evenly spread. Spreaders should have independent gear motors, and in-cab controls to manage auger and spreader feeds. Spreaders should be gas powered. -(Quantity 4) All new hardware (mounts, bolts, adaptors, hydraulic lines, etc.) are required. -(Quantity 4) All new wiring, plugs, controls, switches, etc. to make the plows function are required. Preferred delivery date is NLT 1 December 2022.
