The training will take place aboard MBW in Washington D.C. from October 3rd 2022 to November 30th, 2022. This will be a 100% small business set aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order Prospective vendors must have pre-existing curriculum that includes, but is not limited to: -Etiquette, protocol, safety, security, housekeeping, mixology, wine, champagne, coffee, and butler related training. -Planning, preparation and execution of social events. -Planning, preparation and execution of luncheons, dinners, and receptions. -Daily meal preparation. -Formal table setting and service, bartending, planning, preparing, and presentation of a gourmet menu. -Official entertaining. -Purchasing, preparing, and serving food and beverages. -Preparing and maintaining detailed daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of specific estate cleaning and maintenance activities with quality standards, requirements, and expectations. - After successful completion of the course, attendees will be presented with a certificate of completion. - Prospective vendors must provide a quote and copy of existing curriculum.
