Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT in regard to market capabilities for interested businesses (Small Business, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.; please let us know your socioeconomic status) who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply needed: Drill Rifle Slings estimated quantity of 5,000+. The Rifle Slings must support both the M1903 (facsimile) and M1 (facsimile). Slings must be 48 Inches in length, 1.25 inches in width, and 2mm of thickness. Slings must be secured using velcro adhesion and not the traditional metal clip. This requirement has multiple delivery locations included Guam and Japan. ALL TEXTILE MATERIALS for this requirement MUST be sourced from the U.S. All interested and/or responsible businesses sources may submit a capability statement, and an initial estimate if able.
