The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: rental of a concert hall to support U.S. Marine Band's concert performance on 16 July 2023. Concert hall rental package must include the following: 1. Front House Support 2. Audio/Recording Support 3. Standard Concert Lighting Support 4. Concert Grand Piano with Tuning 5. Access to loading dock, corridors, dressing rooms, backstage, & stage areas 6. Custodial support to open & close facility 7. House stage lighting system with basic white stage wash 8. Music stands, standard orchestra chairs, conductor's podium 9. Elevated Risers 10. Facility access beginning four hours prior to concert time 11. The concert hall must be located within 10 miles from Marine Barracks Washington (8th St SE, Washington, DC) 12. Audience size: 1,000 – 2,500 13. Stage dimensions: 44’ x 58’ (minimum) All interested and/or responsible businesses sources may submit a capability statement, with their initial estimate.
