The requirement is for third-party hardware maintenance and support for APC by Schneider Electric end-of-service-life data center infrastructure at the Kansas City Information Technology Center (KCITC) server cage. Covered equipment includes 208 Rack PDUs, 16 In-Row Coolers, 12 integrated Sensor Pods, 4 Transfer Switches, and 8 Infrastructure PDUs. Services must meet a Two Business Day plus Field Engineer (2BD+FE) response level for all covered equipment. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price order with a base period and two option periods.
