This is not a solicitation or Request for Quote/Proposal/Bid, and no contract or purchase order will be awarded as a result of this notice. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. The Product Service Code is B599 – Special Studies/Analysis. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking sources for Genealogist Support Services. MCINCR RCO is seeking information for potential sources to obtain non-personal professional services for a certified Genealogist. The requirement is for the technical expertise of the certified Genealogist to locate family members of Marines unaccounted for from past wars. Services will be performed at the contractor’s site. A draft copy of the statement of work is attached. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Actions in support of this effort will be unclassified but sensitive in nature. The Contractor shall not disclose information obtained or generated as a result of this effort without prior approval of the Headquarters Marine Corps Casualty Section. The contractor shall be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Addendum (NDA) at time of award. There will be no exceptions to this requirement. See attached RFI
