This procurement is for Renewal on Subscription to administer the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT). The applicable NAICS code 541612. The requirement is for a period of a base year from 14 January 2025 through 13 January 2026 with four (4) 12-month option year. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO)- Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Criteria Corp., 750 N San Vicente BLV, STE 1500, W Hollywood, CA. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
