The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has a requirement for contractor support to assist the Marine & Family Program to establish and maintain credentialing and occupational analysis and an internet based website called Marine Corps Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL). The COOL website provides learning pathways for Marines to gain certifications, apprenticeships, professional licenses. Additionally, Marine Corps COOL provides data and functionality to support Headquarters Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Information (HQMC DCI) Cyberspace Information Technology/Cybersecurity Workforce.
