The scope of this effort includes provisions for technical, analytical, engineering, subject matter expertise, administrative support, and capability portfolio management support to the Director, Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), as well as the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), Deputy Commandant Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I). CDD has a requirement for technical, analytical, and engineering, and capability portfolio management (CPM) support.
