SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE: 8 AUGUST 2023 @ 4:30 PM Services needed: Bird Deterrent/Cleaning per Statement of Work Proposed alternatives for methods of deterrent not listed in the SoW are acceptable. *SEE EXHIBIT 1 FOR HANGER IMAGES* The attached Statement of Work contains all characteristics and performance objectives we are seeking. Exhibit 1 contains photographs referenced in the SOW. The attached Wage Determination is applicable to this acquisition. A visitor request form (template attached) with all personnel who plan on attending a site visit to provide a quote will need to be completed in accordance with the attached Air Field Order 5500.14C . A full social security number is required for each individual. Any foreign nationals must provide a copy of their birth certificate, and additional documentation maybe required if deemed necessary by the security team. Once completed, please submit to Pedro Rivas at the email listed below and I will forward to our security team. The team normally takes a minimum of 24/72 hours to provide approval. The same form will need to be filled out and include any and all worker information, prior to award of the contract.
