The mission of the Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps HQMC Information Systems Management Branch (ARI), located at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, is to provide audiovisual information services, equipment, and A/V capabilities suite life cycle management to its constituent HQMC and tenant activities customers. Customer requirements are developed through a process in which each HQMC and tenant activity coordinates the phased development of their requirements (A/V needs). This phased development results in a defined A/V capability end state. The customer defined A/V end state is achieved through the utilization of this PWS and includes, contracting, A/V capabilities suite design, engineering, programming, and development, A/V Capabilities suite and equipment installation and installation oversite, end-user training, and maintenance/repair/warranty support for one year. Areas requiring audiovisual support at HQMC, and tenant activities consist primarily of conference rooms, instructional classrooms, executive offices, theaters, auditoriums, and special access facilities for customers at the Pentagon, Arlington Service Center, Henderson Hall, Marine Barracks Washington 8th & I, in the Washington, DC National Capital Region, and the Raven Rock Mountain Complex.
