The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply needed: Insignias, ranks, ribbons, and other apparel accessories that meets Marine Corps JROTC uniform standards (See attached documents for details) All interested and/or responsible businesses sources may submit a capability statement, with their initial estimate.
