The Strategy and Plans Branch leads the coordination and initial development of strategy and plans for the command. It assesses the effects of the strategy’s implementation against the intent articulated in higher guidance which, in turn, either validates TECOM’s efforts or informs modifications to the strategy or campaign plan. The Strategy and Plans Branch also facilitates the Science and Technology Working Group (S&T WG) that serves to expose TECOM to new sciences and technologies that could potentially close gaps in capability, capacity, or present more effective and/or efficient learning delivery (or learning management).
