Marine Corps Air Facility (MCAF) Quantico is in need of a portable generator capable of powering the MCAF chow hall, The chow hall provides daily meals to Marines who work around the clock to support airfield operations. Characteristics include the following: 1. Provide one (1) new trailer mounted portable 170-225KW Diesel generator. 2. The generator shall be able to provide 277/480V, 120/208V and 120/240V three phase voltages. 3. Provide integrated engine-genset control, protection, and metering. 4. Front panel controls and indicators, wide temperature range liquid crystal (LCD) with backlighting. 5. Integral vibration isolators between Engine/Alternator and Base, lube oil and antifreeze. 6. Remote start connection. Provide a removable cord connection for the start circuit to the generator for automatic start. 7. Generator shall have a block heater. 8. Provide (QTY 4) 40 feet of 4/0W power cord for generator hook-up. 9. Provide grounding rod and 10ft of flexible ground connection. 10. Sound attenuated weather enclosure with internal Critical Silencer. 11. Integral containment fuel tank providing minimum 24 hour runtime at 75% load. 12. At least a 20 gallon DEF tank to prevent frequent refills of DEF. 13. Provide 40 feet cam-lock cable set connected to the output of the generator. 14. Provide and install 250MCM bus-bar connection terminal blocks in existing generator connection box mounted on the exterior of the building. 15. Provide factory load bank test, Electronic O&M Manuals and Standard 1 Year Warranty. 16. (1) spill containment mat to lay under portable generator. Must cover the entire area under the generator with same gallon or more capacity of the fuel tank. 17. This work will include delivery, set-up and installation of generator and power cables to the existing ATS Generator connection point outside the building’s electrical room. The existing Power Panels that require connection are KRP1, KRP1-A, MSC-A, MSC-B and MSC-C. These Panels feed walk-in Freezer, Refrigerator, Combination Ovens, Inside Server Counters and Emergency Lighting for continuous service for any unforeseen power outage. 18.
