We are seeking interested vendors to fill a requirement for bird control-protection in an aircraft hanger on Marine Corps Base Quantico. The attached Statement of Work contains all characteristics and performance objectives we are seeking. Exhibit 1 contains photographs referenced in the SOW. The attached Wage Determination is applicable to this acquisition. A visitor request form (template attached) with all personnel who plan on attending a site visit to provide a quote will need to be completed in accordance with the attached Air Field Order 5500.14C . A full social security number is required for each individual. Any foreign nationals must provide a copy of their birth certificate, and additional documentation may be required if deemed necessary by the security team. Once completed, please submit to Brad Hoover at the email listed below and I will forward to our security team. The team normally takes a minimum of 24/48 hours to provide approval. The same form will need to be filled out and include any and all worker information, prior to award of the contract.
