This requirement is to provide security assistance services to the support Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) locations within Marine Corps Base Quantico. These services consist of Cleared Uniformed Access Control, Escort personnel, and Shipping & Receiving services for the Mail Facility. The personnel working under this contract shall not perform security-guard functions as that term is used in 10 U.S.C. 2465. The contractor shall provide professional, uniformly dressed, and security operations support with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) clearances to perform Access Control functions required to operate three (3) facility sites aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. *After hours may be required for various functions. The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the Marine Corps Intelligence Agency (MCIA) Access Control, Escort and Mail Facility Support. The procurement of services in support of MCIA Access Control, Escort and Mail Facility Support shall be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The contemplated contract will be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Priced contract. The projected period of performance will be a twelve month base period, and 4 twelve month option periods. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 561210, Facility Support Services, with a size standard of $41.5M. This action will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 19 Small Business Programs. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be posted on this website (beta.sam.gov) on or about 9 April 2021.
