The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Envision Solar international Inc, 5600 Eastgate Dr, San Diego, CA 92121-2816 Requirment: Qty 21 U/I: EA EV ARC ™ 2020 w/ChargePoint Dual Port J-1772 EVSE MFG: Envision Solar P/N ARC-CP4023 QTY 21 U/I: EA Battery Boost MFG: Envision Solar P/N BOOST40 QTY 21 U/I: EA Emergency Power Panel MFG: Envision Solar P/N EPWR Extended Desscription of need: - Portable, self-sustaining, charging station for electric vehicle(s)- Must require no installation (does not require securing to ground or connection to local grid; no construction or electrical work) and be transportable by a 15k or lower forklift. - Capable of charging multiple electric vehicles at the same time day or night- Solar power gathered and retained within the unit to charge electric vehicles up to 7 kW- Must be capable of handling any brand of charger (Type 1 or Type 2 socket for slow/fastcharging and CHAdeMO or CCS for DC rapid charging)- Capable of withstanding winds up to 100mph.- Flood proof (can perform after submerging) - ADA compliant- Must be able to fit within a parking space no wider than 11 feet and no longer than 22 feet This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
