The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 512230 – Music Publishers, with the corresponding size standard of 750 employees. The MCI-NCR RCO is seeking information for potential sources to provide Music Library support services to enhance audio visual production for Marine Corps Base (MCB), Quantico, Communication Strategy and Operations (CommStrat) Office. Brief description of the current program/effort: The Contractor shall provide the highest recording quality available, the broadest music choices available in the Industry and 24/7 browsing and download capability. The Contractor shall offer, at a minimum, 6000 CD’s of music giving the widest selections of music. The Contractor, at a minimum, releases ten CDs every month of the latest cutting edge, quality music. The Contractor shall provide all music available to the customer without restriction. The Contractor shall provide access to experienced Music Directors who are familiar with virtually every piece of music in the library. The Contractor shall provide online Access & Digital Delivery of all music through company website. The Contractor must provide the ability to stream, audition and download the music, in Flash, MP3, WAV and AIFF files. The Contractor must give clearances, unlimited music use in internal corporate presentations, communications, training programs, closed circuit productions and intranet applications. No limit on the number of productions you can do during the term of this agreement. The Contractor must have customer service availability, Monday through Friday.
