To provide security assistance services to the support Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) locations within Marine Corps Base Quantico. These services consist of Cleared Uniformed Access Control, Escort personnel, and Shipping & Receiving services for the Mail Facility. The personnel working under this contract shall not perform security-guard functions as that term is used in 10 U.S.C. 2465. The contractor shall provide professional, uniformly dressed, and security operations support with Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) clearances to perform Access Control functions required to operate two (2) facility sites aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia (120,000 gross square foot secure complex). *After hours and surge support required for various functions.
