To perform analytical services that examine such areas as Modeling and Simulation (M&S) training systems development, architecture development for M&S training systems to include DoDAF Integrated Architecture development for the Marine Corps Training Environment (MCTE) and Live Virtual Constructive Training Environment (LVC-TE) Increment I; Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) document development; enterprise level Information and Technology (IT) Engineering/Analysis to support development of M&S systems; Training Process and Metrics Analysis; Information System Security Management and Information Assurance Strategy for development for MCTE and LVC-TE Increment I. This effort will also include Verification Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) technical support.
