Contractor shall provide non-personal services for the Training and Education Command (TECOM) requirement for contractor support to the Range and Training Programs Division (RTPD) provide the personnel and management necessary to RTPD’s role as requirements and resource sponsor by developing Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment (MCSTE) capabilities, including Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Integrated Architecture products. The Contractor shall support RTPD’s activities in processes such as MCIAP; RTP; Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A); and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution to provide support to the following tasks: Enterprise Architecture Support, External Information Portal and Website Management, Enterprise-Level Information Technology Engineering/Analysis, Information Systems Security Management, RTPD Support, Conduct Studies and Analysis, Training Capability Assessment Support, Training Processes and Metrics Analysis, Synthetic Environment Development and Support, Training Environment Repository with Remote Accessibility (TERRA) Development and Management Support, and JCIDS Development/Support.
