FFP SPECIFICATIONS: -When folder is folded, measurements shall be 14 inch (h) x 11 inch (w) -Color: Black -Folder shall be made from a combination of cardboard and buckram that is sturdy enough to support and hold sheet music flat. -Folder shall provide the best (high quality per industry standards) long term preservation of the sheet music while stored upright or along the spine on shelving -Folder shall use adhesive made of high quality and durable. Adhesive shall not have any corrosives that will impact sheet music. -Folder shall be hinged along one long edge as a case bound book with two joints and case liner. -Folder shall have a finished inside with black end paper material; material shall not be to the detriment of the long term stored sheet music. -Folder shall be considered archivally sound in regards to industry standards. -Folder shall protect contents from dust, light, acid damage, and water damage. -Folder to provide the best (high quality) long term preservation of the sheet music while stored upright or along the spine on shelving. -Folders to be professionally finished with black laces measuring 7 to 8 inches in length, centered on each side on three open edges (top, bottom, and side opposite hinge) with the ability to tie closed folder closed. Note: - One (1) prototype black jacket must be approved 30 days after receipt of award prior to manufacturing the 1000 folders. Additional information will be provided at award.
