In accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, the MCI-NCR Regional Contracting Office is issuing a commercial Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the acquisition of such supply. Will an 140 day delivery timeframe acceptable? Yes, see attahced Amendment 0001. 2. Do you want all of these foreign flags to be appliqued and not silk screened, because of the cost? Some of these indicate they are to be appliquéd, some indicate embroidered and a few do not tell us how they are to be made, like #104, the Morocco flag. All flags are requested to be embroidered (EMB) or appliqued (APP) depending on the design of the flag - none are silk screened.
