REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information for Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Marine Corps Base (MCINCR- MCB) Quantico / GF / Public Works. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: MCINCR-RCO Quantico, Virginia. INTRODUCTION: This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for this requirement. Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Marine Corps Base (MCINCR- MCB) Quantico / GF / Public Works is seeking information with regards to HQMC Facilities HVAC Parts. All interested parties are required to identify that they are a manufacturers authorized re-seller and submit a certification or equivalent to that fact in accordance with the information provided in the attached HVAC parts list. Interested parties responding to this RFI are being requested to provide an estimated price for each part for a 5 year period with the escalation percentage for each year, if applicable. In addition, the delivery lead times for each part. This RFI is to determine the availability and estimated costs of all aforementioned HVAC Parts only that can be provided by any interested authorized reseller of Daiken-McQuay, Trane, and York HVAC Parts. Resellers that can provide this information for all three of Manufacturer Parts attached is preferrable; however, not required. In addition, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or partnering to meet the requirements areas contained herein. Place of Performance: Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses must include: •1) Business name and address; •2) Name of company representative and their business title, phone and e-mail address; •3) Type of Business; •4) Cage Code and DUNS •5) North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) •6) Avialability in the Commercial Market Place "Open Market" and/or contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these items, (i.e. ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) etc.) and any task order/delivery order numbers as well as SIN numbers associated with aforementioned vehicles; and •7) Existing contract types or recommended contract type for this effort •8) Facility Clearance status Vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email NLT 25 February 2019 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to michael.t.curley@usmc.mil and karen.corporal@usmc.mil. Interested parties should submit a information in accordance with the "Introduction" Section cited above and should be no more than 10 pages. Questions may be entertained with regards to this Request for Information at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Answers to questions will be provided to all interested parties via e-mail. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personnel reviewing RFI responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
