This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are thus in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, published November 6, 2017. This acquisition is solicited as other than full and open competition under NAICS Code 561621, Size Standard $20.5M. See attached Brand Name Justification. Quotes shall include all documents attached with this RFQ completed in their entirety for the following: Access Control & Intrusion Detection System Upgrade. The offeror must provide all equipment, software, cabling, manpower, and materials necessary to conduct database conversion from MCIA's current IDS System, AccessNsite to Lenel's OnGuard System. All required services shall be utilize IAW the Performance Work Statement. All question must be submitted by 14 March 2019 at 10:00 AM EST. The closing date and time for quote submission is: 18 March 2019 @ 11:00 AM EST.
