The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Parris Island, SC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in support of market research efforts to identify potential small business in support of leasing Front Loader Garbage Trucks. This RFI may be followed by a solicitation to support Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRDPI) operations. The salient characteristics for the Garbage Truck Lease are listed below. It is anticipated that leasing will be for thirty (30) days at a time: Front Loader Garbage Truck salient characteristics: Brand name or equal to: Mack, Model MRU Or equal must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: Body Size/Capacity: 40 yards Transmission: Automatic Body Make: Heil, McNeilus, or EZ Pack Truck Type: Front Loader Garbage Truck Year: 2014 or above Leasing Period: 30 days at a time Leasing shall include: Mobilization/Demobilazation (Deliver and Pick-up MCRD Parris Island, 29905) Responses to this RFI shall contain the following information: Models and types of Front Loader Garbage Truck that have the same or similar characteristics to the attributes provided in this RFI. A cross reference shall be provided that maps the attributes to the capabilities of the recommended equipment. Safety and Efficiency features shall be delineated. Delivery Lead Times Identification of Large/Small Business size status along with a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS Number, and CAGE Code. Responses are due by 1300, Monday 24 February, 2020. Both e-mail and mail submittals will be accepted.
