It seeks interested Small Businesses capable of providing one purebred English Bulldog puppy as the new USMC Mascot at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC. The puppy must be female, AKC-registered, 8–16 weeks old at delivery, white with brown markings, of sound and stable temperament, and from lineage with genetic tolerance to Parris Island’s heat and humidity. Delivery is expected December 1–15, 2026. Interested vendors should provide a Cage Code/UEI, socioeconomic status, and a breeder capability statement addressing the attached PWS requirements.
