The Regional Contracting Office – Parris Island is seeking vendors who can move government property from Officer Selection Office, Fargo North Dakota, located at 1142 17th Street North, Fargo, ND 58102, to Recruiting Office Spencer, IA located at 901 11th Street Sothwest, Spencer, IA, 51301. Moving Services The contractor will be responsible for providing professional moving services to include, but not limited to, packaging office furniture such as stand-up desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and ballistic panels. The contractor will be responsible for disassemby and reassembly of office furniture and equipment as applicable. The specifications for moving services are further explained in the attached PWS. Period of Performance: Inventory and packing days are from 15 July 2024 to no later than 25 July 2024, Moving, delivery, and unpacking dates are 26 July 2024 to no later than 5 August 2024. Instructions to interested businesses: To assist the Government in conducting market research, interested vendors please provide following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, voice number and email address. 2. Type of business (i.e., large, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced, disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 484210, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identification Number. 3. Is your company capable of meeting this requirement? Please respond “Yes or No” and your projected dates of pick-up and delivery. 4. If your response to Question #3 above is “Yes”, please provide Proof of Capability (Capability Statement and Price Estimate).
