This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The Regional Contracting Office – Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide shower trailers for a Hurricane Evacuation Exercise that will take place tentatively on 28-31 May 2024. This exercise will take place aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany. We would like all interested vendors to submit pricing along with their capability statements for planning purposes. All feedback and information received is for Market Research Purposes. Requirement: The parking facility maintained by the contractor must meet or exceed the following requirements: Shower Trailers i. Estimated Quantity: 10 ii. Cleaned (1) time a day iii. Grey/black water removal included in service iv. Supplied with power source and cleaning solution v. Water source will be provided by the government Period of Performance: 28 – 31 May 2024; All items/services must be in place before 28 May and must be picked up on 1 June 2024.
