All tools, supplies, parts, materials and equipment required for this service will be provided by the contractor. Due to the current status of the 53-foot trailer currently used by 4MCD, the contractor will need to provide a standard trailer with two foot-traffic entry and exit doors, one loading door and ramp for the branded F-150 vehicle, and an escape hatch for a driver to exit the trailer after loading the F-150. The interior of the trailer should be basically equipped for further branding and should include storage space for enhanced area canvassing (EAC) support materials (which will be provided by the government) to include branded tents, collapsible tables, a pull up bar, inflatable drill instructors, banners, flags, and medallions, all of which are part of the current EAC set up for the District. The new trailer will also require interior display cases with hooks to display swords and pistols and rifles, interior flat screen TV’s of 60” to 80” with Bluetooth capability, a stormproof exterior flat screen of 60” to 80” TV with Bluetooth capability, retractable outdoor awning cover between 10 to 14 ft. , a Slide out room extension on roadside front aft of drop for PUGIL VR Experience of (1’-13’ Wide X 5’-7’ Deep),wall mounted Retractable projector screen in the rear of the trailer, a winch to load the F-150, a rear hatch winch for lowering the rear door-ramp, aluminum sub-floor, air suspension, anti-lock brake system and standard, Department of Transportation approved lights. Lastly, the trailer will come equipped with a generator commercial quiet diesel generator set with an output of 120/240 VAC - 12.0 KW Continuous - 60 HZ.
