THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for monitors prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number M0026323Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Acquisition Circular 2023-01 and DFARS Publication 20230131. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for purchase of 225 monitors to be used by MCRD Parris Island, located in SC 29905. The monitors must be equivalent to VIEWSONIC VG2748 27” FULL HD WLED LCD MONITOR – 16.9. Salient characteristics are: 27” Class – 1920 x 1080 – 16.7 million colors – 300 Nit – 7ms GTG (OD) – HDMI – VGA – Display Port Super Class IPS panel Technology Power Cable Display Port to Display Port Cable All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and pclauses are contained in SF 1449 M0026323Q0009 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the attached Section L of the SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (i)Technical capability, (ii)Past Performance and (iii)Price. Offerors shall complete provision at 52.212-3 (DEVIATION 2023-O0002), Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
