Remove belt guard and belt. Remove cooling and heating components. Remove exhaust components. Remove fuel system components. Remove hydraulic components - if equipped. Remove intake components. Disconnect all wiring from engine. Disconnect control cables from engine. Attach lifting device to engine. Remove engine mounts. Remove engine. Transfer componets to new short block assembly. Assemble in reverse order. Check all fluid levels. Test operations and check for leaks.
