NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO: Stryker Medical, 1901 Romence Road Parkway, Portage, Michigan 49002, for the supply of, UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR PARTS 12 & 13. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to above named company. The value of this award is estimated to be under $250,000.00. The purpose of this action is to maintain the integrity of the United States Marine Corps, Parris Island fire department by replacing Stryker Corporation, Physio Control Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) models for the base’s public access AED program. This will maintain compatability and proper connectivity with the cardiac monitors utilized by Parris Island Fire & Emergency Services on ambulances aboard the Depot. The expected award date is 6 July 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. This notice is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
